The Roses and black eyed Susans are coming.........

We have such a hard time growing roses here. Our dirt is only ground rock with tons of mulch and horse treasure. So far, we only have a few that decide to stay over year to year. Roses are like annuals for us and must be replanted every year. However, our black and brown eyed Susan's are magnificent. Thanks to the birds, they are blooming everywhere we would never have thought to plant them. Mother Nature knows her stuff!
