What a proud day for the family. Scott has been with the PA State Police for over 21 years of hard dedicated work. Sam and Sarah were given the privilege of pining on his lieutenant's bars while his wife/my daughter Jane looked on. Janice and Lloyd Brooks came with us to witness the ceremony. Lloyd has served many loyal years with the PA State Police and is now retired. Everyone also shook his hand and complimented both of these amazing men on stellar careers of brave duty to the citizens of PA. God Bless our Law Enforcement Personnel
