Philip's birthday....

The day was a good one indeed. Janice and Lloyd Brooks had us over for a delicious supper of roasted pork and all the trimmings. Janice baked a ginerbread cake with a fabulous lemon sauce. And they gave him a large book of birds complete with recored sounds. The Ivory Billed Woodpecker went extent in 1935, however, they had included the recording of the call. Philip loves this gift, but the cockers can't understand where all the birds are making those whistles! LOL. Thanks, Janice and Lloyd. You're the best!!!
