Thinking about getting a new Groomer?

Bailey (CC/Charlie daughter..on top) and her adopted sister, Bella (page back to Bella in her beautiful show coat flying through the air at an Agility meet) after returning from a grooming appointment. This new groomer assured their Momma that they knew how to groom a cocker and all would be good. Well.......you can see for yourself what Cathy found when she went to pick them up. Of course they are freezing, mortified that they are naked and Cathy is on her way to the store to buy sweaters. Talk about a bad hair day. Moral of this story: Take a picture of the cut you want. Never assume anyone new knows what a cocker cut looks like. I've seen some do a springer cut and leave feathers on the legs and tail.....but skinned down like a hound dog.....not acceptable unless you want a cool summer cut....AND ASK FOR IT! Anyway, we think Bailey and Bella are beauties no matter. And it's just hair......it'll grow back soon enough. Big sigh .We love you pretty ladies!
