Hello Friends: I'm posting a note for my mother. The chemotherapy is really taking a toll on mom's energy and muddling her ability to concentrate on conversations on the phone, on the computer, or in person. She says she feels all the well wishes, prayers, and good thoughts coming her way.
The best way to correspond with mom is by snail mail. Good old fashioned letters or cards. Please no more forwards or silly stuff via the internet. It took me an hour to clean out her box so I could find the important information that her doctor sends.
She tells me all the time that she is blessed to have such a caring and considerate group of friends. God has truly blessed us and is wrapping her in white light and love. Thank you all for the wonderful messages.
Sincerely,
Jane

Thanks to all who send Birthday wishes, cards, gifts and emails.
CC - left.............Miss Magnolia - right.
keep everyone else away. CC is the smallest, but boy can she ever scare the britches off
anyone who wants up. Maggy needs to be with me so I can rub her belly......a must for her
survival! Thanks for all you are sending. Am way too exhausted to spend very long on the computer answering. But you are all in my heart and I appreciate every word.
Treatments are going along well. Monday is another IV chemo, plus two doctor's check up. Radiation is due to show what it has done now, so we're eager to see those results.
Stay tuned. Will try to post anything new as soon as I have the energy.
Love you all,
M

This is my daughter Summer. Isn't she a beauty?
before I greeted anyone else. Nanny Janice and Gma Mary had a hard time letting me go.
Lots of tears..........It's okay. I'll come back to visit one day and send many great pictures and
stories. Love you all.

Good Morning from Nitro Force!
Hi Mary and Philip,
I was stuck at home a while this morning, waiting for the ice to melt……………..Nitro had taken his normal spot on my chest, for a little nap…………I saw it as a good photo opp! Everyone says he looks angry all of the time…………………LOL, nothing could be further from the truth.
I just trained him to stay out of the kitchen while we are eating………….he got the message immediately. Sunday he was lying, with his nose just over the threshold between the dining room and kitchen…………………….Fred looked at me and said, “I think we have another good one, Mama!” That is the greatest possible compliment since we never expected to have another dog quite as good as Lucy. She set the bar really high, and Nitro has had no problem exceeding all of our expectations;)

Nitro only looks serious because of those bold tan eyebrows. He looks like he means business but we all know what a sweet heart these kids are. And oh so handsome.
Good job, too Nitro on the excelent manners. Looking sweet and being mean is not in
our DNA!
Love you,
GMA Maary
