I was soaked, the dogs were barking loudly because I didn't take them with me and it was oh so cold. But I wanted to get these photos before the coming storm beat them down or those awful worms continued eating all the leaves. The last photo shows a dangerous plant (no cocker gets near it). The poison gas can burn human skin. But most dangerous of all.......seeds can explode when lit with fire. Some people do this just to see it happen. The gas can blind immediately.
Philip planted it just as a curiosity. It looks like a form of phlox. They have white blooms that turn pink. Hope I've spelled the flowers' names correctly. If not, it's your chuckle of the day. Now back to watching Pansy, the flower we're most interested in this week.
She's eating every thing in site. This morning she loved her pancakes made with extra eggs, three kinds of cheeses, cottage cheese and chopped slow roasted chuck roast.
Nothing's too good for our mommies!! (Or so they tell me!)
For some reason Google decided to enter my wording in the middle of the
photo shoot. Can't move it. So please continue on with the rest of
the garden's display.
