Dogwood and Lilacs complete this morning's show.

This is the first year our pink Dogwood bloomed. Harsh springs with frost and even ice has always burned the buds. While the tree is limited to less than a dozen blooms, we are enjoying them with hopes of a bigger show in the coming years. The Lilac is a dark red/purple that doesn't really show the true colors here. We dug the bush from starts around an old bush.
Now we await the large old fashioned Rhodie show. With the cold snap lately, they are way behind. There must be over 50 bushes on our land. When they are all in bloom, it is breathtaking. Those photos will be impressive. (Photos taken with Kodak Easy Share Z885, soon to be available for sale. Photo card Eye-Fi and Kodak R130 Reader for SD Cards. Thank you Eileen for the opportunity to try out this amazing little camera!)
